Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Extrudely (“the service”). By creating an account you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

Your account

• You need an account with a verified email address to use the service, and you’re responsible for activity on it.
• Keep your password and any passkeys secure.
• You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.

Your AI provider

The service uses your own account with an AI provider you choose. You’re responsible for the charges your provider bills you and for following their terms. We use your API key only to run the design requests you make.

Your designs

• You own the designs, descriptions, and reference files you create or upload.
• Designs are private unless you share them to the marketplace. When you share a design, you allow other users to view it, copy it, and modify their copy. You can stop sharing at any time; copies other users already made remain theirs.
• Don’t upload or share content you don’t have the rights to, or that is illegal, harmful, or designed to cause harm, such as weapons or parts for them.

Printed objects

Designs are generated by AI and may contain mistakes. Check every design’s dimensions, strength, and suitability before printing or relying on it. Don’t use printed parts where failure could cause injury or damage, such as load-bearing, safety, medical, or food-contact uses, unless you have verified they are fit for that purpose.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until you cancel; lifetime access is a single payment. Our refund policy explains cancellations and refunds.

Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, including damage caused by printed objects, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
