We want you to be happy with Extrudely. Every account includes a free design, so you can try everything before paying.
Monthly and yearly plans
- Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing → Manage billing.
- After canceling, your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and you won’t be charged again.
- We don’t offer refunds for partial billing periods.
Lifetime access
If lifetime access isn’t right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase and we’ll refund it in full.
AI provider charges
Charges from your AI provider are between you and them. We can’t refund those.
How to ask
Email hello@extrudely.com from the address on your account. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
